Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days
International orders (if applicable): Shipping duration varies by country and customs clearance.
Free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹999 (within India).
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply depending on the location and weight.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges may apply if the option is available.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email. You can monitor delivery status through our courier partner’s tracking page.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, here’s how we handle returns:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are only accepted if:
You received the wrong item.
The product was damaged during delivery.
There is a genuine quality issue (with valid proof).
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Items purchased during a clearance sale
Perishable goods (if applicable)
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@dhanaayu.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photographs (if damaged).
Our team will review and, if eligible, arrange for pickup or request you to ship the item to our warehouse.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping charges.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
