1. Consultation Services

  • Non-refundable: Payments made for completed consultations (in-person, telephonic, or online) are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations:

    • If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

2. Products (Ayurvedic Medicines, Supplements, etc.)

We accept returns and provide refunds for physical products under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged during transit or incorrect items received are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Note: We reserve the right to reject refund requests for opened or used items, except in cases of proven defect or damage.

3. Wellness Packages or Subscriptions

  • If you have purchased a multi-session wellness package or subscription:

    • Partial Refunds: Allowed only if cancellation is requested before the second session.

    • No refunds will be issued after multiple sessions have been availed.

    • Any applicable administrative or processing fees will be deducted.

5. Processing Time

Once refund is approved the amount will be credited in 7 to 10 business days to the original mode of payment

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital content or downloadable resources

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Services rendered fully or partially

  • Customized or made-to-order products
