Dr. Nishita Adapaka is the Founder and Director of Dhanaayu Holistic Ayurveda Wellness and Research Pvt. Ltd., an integrated Ayurveda healthcare, research, and innovation enterprise based in Visakhapatnam. She is a qualified Ayurvedic physician (BAMS, MD – Kayachikitsa) with over two decades of clinical experience, specializing in women’s health, lifestyle disorders, preventive healthcare, and evidence-based Ayurvedic therapeutics.

Driven by a strong vision to modernize and globalize Ayurveda without compromising its classical foundations, Dr. Nishita has positioned Dhanaayu as a multi-vertical organization encompassing clinical services, R&D, product development, academic collaborations, and digital health solutions. Under her leadership, the organization focuses on translating traditional Ayurvedic wisdom into scientifically validated, scalable, and user-centric healthcare solutions.

Dr. Nishita has led the development of several innovative proprietary formulations and wellness concepts, particularly in the domain of women’s intimate and reproductive health, preventive gynecology, Panchakarma-based protocols, and personalized lifestyle guidance. She actively integrates Ayurvedic principles with modern biomedical, biochemical, and public-health frameworks, enabling Dhanaayu to engage effectively with regulators, researchers, funding agencies, and global partners.

She is also the conceptual force behind Dhanaayu’s research and innovation initiatives, working closely with life-science institutions, innovation ecosystems, and government bodies to promote interdisciplinary research, clinical validation, and intellectual-property creation. Her work aligns with national priorities in AYUSH integration, women’s health, entrepreneurship, and sustainable healthcare.

As a founder-leader, Dr. Nishita combines clinical expertise, research orientation, entrepreneurial acumen, and social commitment, with a strong focus on women’s empowerment, skill development, and ethical healthcare delivery. Her long-term vision is to establish Dhanaayu as a globally recognized Ayurveda-based wellness and research organization, contributing meaningfully to preventive medicine, integrative healthcare, and India’s traditional knowledge systems.

Ms. Adapaka Jayalakshmi is a Director of Dhanaayu Holistic Ayurveda Wellness and Research Private Limited and an engineering graduate, contributing a strong foundation in systems thinking, process management, and strategic execution to the organization. She plays an important role in strengthening operational governance, technology integration, and scalable business models that support Dhanaayu’s vision of a research-driven, future-ready holistic wellness enterprise.

In addition to her role in the healthcare and wellness sector, Ms. Jayalakshmi is also a Director of Radha Damodar Studios and an accomplished film producer, with credits including Committee Kurrollu and projects associated with Siddhartha Rao. Her experience in the creative and media industry brings valuable expertise in project management, budgeting, team coordination, brand building, and large-scale execution, skills that translate effectively into corporate leadership and entrepreneurial ventures.
