• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

• International orders (if applicable): Shipping duration varies by country and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹999 (within India).

• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply depending on the location and weight.

• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges may apply if the option is available.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email. You can monitor delivery status through our courier partner’s tracking page.

🔄 RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, here’s how we handle returns:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

  • There is a genuine quality issue (with valid proof).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Products without original packaging

• Items purchased during a clearance sale

• Perishable goods (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at info@dhanaayu.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photographs (if damaged).

• Our team will review and, if eligible, arrange for pickup or request you to ship the item to our warehouse.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping charges.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
